All of our products are covered by a 12-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
If any defects or malfunctions occur during this period, we will provide a replacement or repair free of charge. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process.
