Warranty & Returns

All of our products are covered by a 12-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. 

If any defects or malfunctions occur during this period, we will provide a replacement or repair free of charge. You are required to notify us within 10 working days after reception of your item in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process.

We ship every item with extra padding, but if your product arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment, please reach out to us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.
